My experience at Steven Eagell Toyota Rayleigh could have been better because they are good to offer various services which I did not ask (i.e. focused on sales),, but not good with basics. As I had no plan to buy a car and not familiar with makes and models of cars, I had to insist I cannot commit on the car offered until I see it and test drive, although paid the deposit of £500. The sales person agreed with me, but did not look happy about it. I had to make sure that if I do not want a car after seeing and driving I do not have to buy the car. Thing were not clear about documentation., such as proper receipt and warranty document. If I were told everything is available to access online I would not have worried, bit after returning home with the car with only till receipts alone made me feel very uncertain. It was just insecure with no documents such as service record too, although I had a rust for the Toyota brand.
